Q.What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you would prefer a later check-out time, please let us know in advance. Please understand that in some cases we may not be able to offer late check-out.
Note: If your accommodation plan has separately stipulated check-in and check-out times, please follow those times.
Q.Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, but please note that availability is limited.
Q.Do you have room service?
Room service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
We offer a wide selection including Western set-menu breakfast, lunch and dinner (Japanese, Western and Chinese menu items).
Q.Do you have humidifiers?
We can furnish your room with a humidifier free of charge. Please note, however, that availability is limited. We also have pants presses, desk and floor lamps, nail clippers and mobile-telephone chargers, among other items. Please inquire at the front desk.
Q.Can I use the internet in my room?
All guestrooms are equipped with wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) as well as high-speed internet (cable LAN). We also have one PC installed at the front desk for Web browsing.
Q.Is there a convenience store nearby?
There are four convenience stores within a 2- or 3-minute walk from the hotel.
Q.Can I obtain the tickets that go with my accommodation-plan before I check in?
If you wish to obtain in advance only the tickets that accompany your accommodation plan, please visit the Hotel to complete the procedures. We will then provide you with the tickets. You can also leave your baggage with us until you return from your excursion.
Q.I've already made a reservation. Can I leave my luggage with you in advance?
If you arrive at the Hotel before your check-in time, you can leave your luggage with us. Please inquire at the front desk.

Q.Can I leave my luggage with you after I check out?
Yes. Please contact the bell counter.
Q.Do you have cribs for small children?
We have five cribs. Please request a crib when you make your reservation.
Q.What amenities do you have in your guestrooms?
Each guestroom is equipped with a hair dryer, an alarm clock, robes, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, toothbrushes, a hairbrush, razors, soap, shampoo and hair rinse, among other amenities. (We regret that we do not provide pyjamas or children's amenities.)
Q.Do any of your restaurants have private rooms?
Private rooms are available in「Keyaki, the Japanese restaurant」「Zuilin, the Chinese restaurant」「Asuka, the teppanyaki grill」「Royal Oak, the bar」. For details please visit the Web page for each restaurant.
Q.Do any of your restaurants offer buffets?
「Il Pepe」offers a buffet every day.

Q.Do you have smoking and non-smoking sections?
In general all restaurants and lounges are non-smoking except for 「Royal Oak」. However, when groups use private rooms, we leave the choice to guests' discretion.
(A smoking area is provided outside the 1F front entrance.)
Q.Are your bar and restaurants wheelchair-accessible?
Aside from the tea lounge, Salon de Café, and the Japanese-style private rooms in Keyaki, the Japanese restaurant, all restaurant and bar areas are barrier-free,
Q.Are your bar and restaurants closed on particular days?
All our lounges and restaurants are open daily. However, some lounges and restaurants may be unavailable at certain times, for example when occupied by large reservations. We recommend telephoning to confirm or make a reservation in advance.
Q.How can I make a reservation?
You can visit the bar or restaurant in person, or call our switchboard at 042-527-1111 and ask for the bar or restaurant you'd like to reserve. Please call during operating hours, from 10:30 AM onward. Also, if you have any questions or if anything is unclear, please don't hesitate to ask.
Q.Can I leave my luggage with you temporarily?
Yes. A cloakroom is provided for guests using our banquet rooms. (3F & 4F)
Q.Where should I keep my valuables?
Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk. (1F)
Q.Can you cater to special food requirements (children's menus, food allergies, etc.)?
The Hotel is happy to make adjustments for your needs. Please let us know in advance.
Q.Can you help me with getting dressed (into a kimono, etc.)? Do you offer apparel rental?

Q.Do you have dressing rooms?
Yes. The ladies' dressing rooms are on 5F. For the gentlemen's dressing rooms, please ask our staff on the day of your event.
Q.I'd like to send a congratulatory telegram.

For wedding congratulations, please address the telegram to the bride and groom by name, or to the parents of the bride and groom.
Q.How do I get to the Hotel?
From the north exit of JR Tachikawa Station, a pedestrian deck leads directly to the Hotel.
From in front of the station, walk past the right side of Isetan Department Store going north and you will find the Hotel just past the right side of Takashimaya Department Store. (About 3 minutes' walk)
Q.What are your parking fees?
For non-guests, parking costs ¥500 for the first hour and ¥250 for each half hour afterward. For guests, the following exemptions and discounts apply:
• Staying guests: The parking fee is ¥1,000 per night of stay.
• For restaurant patrons: Free parking for two hours is available with spending of ¥2,000 or more.
• Banquet rooms: Discounts apply for the first 2 hours of conferences, the first 3 hours of formal dinners and parties and the first 5 hours of weddings.
Please note:
Multiple parking discounts cannot be used together. Parking discounts cannot be combined with other parking discounts.
Maximum vehicle height is 2.2m. If you need to park large people carriers or buses, please contact us in advance.
Q.Do you have limousine bus service from the airport?
The bus stop for airport limousine buses is directly in front of the Hotel. (The same bus stop is used by night buses from Kansai.)
